Clifford & Snell Receives Prestigious BSI Award At The Fire Expo 2005 Leading manufacturer of audible and visual alarms, Clifford & Snell, a division of Signature Industries Ltd, received formal notification during this years show, that its range of electronic sounders had been approved and are fully compliant with the requirements of BS EN 54 Part 3. During the show Clifford & Snell was awarded with their EC-Certificate of Conformity and Kitemark Licence allowing its use across its approved range of sounder products. According
to Trevor Gage, Director and General Manager, Clifford & Snell,
the EN54 Part 3 award that has been bestowed on the company is
going to be one of the key elements in terms of marketing product
within the European Union. “ This Kitemark award will be
of considerable benefit to our company and we are delighted to
receive it within a market sector that is highly competitive”,
he said . “ We have worked tremendously hard over the past
few years to develop new products and have increased our distribution
