CLIFFORD AND SNELL APPOINTMENT - NEW SALES MANAGER

Clifford & Snell, based in South East London, has appointed a new sales manager, Ashley Duncker, to focus on the international requirements of Hazardous Areas and Intrinsically Safe products, in addition to the development of its traditional business of industrial and fire alarm devices.

With 22 years experience in sales, Duncker has accumulated a vast technical knowledge of this industry covering the major hazardous and industrial sectors, which include providing technical and design-in support to panel builders, OEM’s and individual end-user projects. Duncker has a proven record in the development of key global distribution partners, which features highly within the future strategy of Clifford & Snell.

According to Trevor Gage, Director & General Manager, Clifford & Snell, the appointment of Duncker is highly significant. Gage said, “With Ashley’s wealth of experience and technical knowledge, we look forward to pursuing our strategic objectives and goals in both new and existing markets.” “Furthermore”, he continued, “We have significant plans for the future and Ashley will not only play a key role in providing growth and support in our product development program, but will also assist in promoting and marketing the company’s extensive approval listing, which includes UL, CSA, Vds, EN54-3 and its recently acquired GOST Approval for use in Russia.”

Duncker, formerly from within the Fire industry, is married with 4-year old twins and enjoys golf, walking and mountain biking.
